Instructions:
Prepare a heat resistant surface to catch the ashes.
Ignite the end of one stick with a match or lighter, let it burn for 30-45 seconds.
Allow the flame to die down producing a smoldering ember.
Hold the smoldering end at a downard angle and allow the smoke to billow throughout the space.
Set positive intentions as the smoke drifts throughout the space.
When finished place the extinguished stick on the heat resistant vessel to cool.
Repeat as desired.
